Province: NeuquenSaurus Pinot Noir 2011

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Crimson in color, with bright aromas of red cherry tinged with a little smokiness, this Patagonian pinot offers great value for money The red cherries turn to jam in the mouth, pleasantly sweet and lingering throughout a surprisingly long finish. There’s a decent amount of acid, too, so the wine would do a fine job cutting through oily fish, duck, or game.
